What you pay for
A billable appointment, defined in writing
Before launch, we agree on exactly what a qualified appointment means for your business. Anything outside those criteria isn't booked, so it's never billed.
We bill when the appointment is booked. If the homeowner doesn't show, we refund it. Each appointment is unique to your company and never sold to another contractor.
See how this compares with pay-per-lead and Angi.
Standard qualification criteria
- Homeowner (not a renter) in your service area
- Project type you sell
- Minimum scope or budget you set
- Timeline within your window
- Decision makers available for the appointment
- Confirmed date and time in your calendar
Outside your criteria? It isn't booked, and you aren't billed.
FAQ
Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee or retainer?
No. There is no setup fee, no retainer and no agency fee. You only pay per booked appointment, plus your own ad spend if you choose the $150 plan.
What's the difference between the $350 and $150 plans?
On the $350 plan we pay for the ads and carry the risk. On the $150 plan you pay the ad spend directly (minimum $70 per day) and the per-appointment fee drops to $150. All the work is the same on both plans.
When am I charged?
When an appointment is booked into your calendar. If the homeowner doesn't show up, that appointment is refunded.
Which plan is cheaper?
It depends on how many appointments your ad budget produces in your market. Use the calculator on this page, or ask us on the free consultation. We'll recommend the plan that costs you less.
Are prices the same for every niche and state?
Yes. $350 or $150 per booked appointment, whether you sell kitchens in California or roofing in Ohio.
Can I cap how many appointments I receive?
Yes. You set a monthly volume during onboarding and can change it as your sales capacity changes.
