Privacy Policy

Leadket LLC (“LeadKet,” “we,” “us”) is an appointment setting agency for remodeling and home improvement contractors in the United States. We run advertising campaigns for contractors, contact homeowners who respond, and book appointments between those homeowners and the contractor.

This policy covers two groups of people:

• Contractors and business visitors who use leadket.co, fill in our forms, book a consultation or become clients.
• Homeowners who respond to advertising campaigns we run for our contractor clients and whom we contact to arrange an appointment.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on our website or book a consultation, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, the remodeling niche you work in, your state, your preferred plan, and anything you write to us. If you become a client, we also collect billing and business details needed to deliver the service.

Homeowner information. When a homeowner responds to a campaign we run for a contractor (for example through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a landing page or a phone call), we collect their name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, and project details such as project type, scope, budget range and timeline. We also keep notes from our qualification calls and the appointment date and time.

Consent records. When you agree to receive calls or texts, we keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page where you agreed.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule and hold your free consultation.
• To provide our appointment setting services, including qualifying homeowners and booking appointments with the contractor they asked to hear from.
• To call and text you about your inquiry, appointment or our services, where you have given consent where consent is required.
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• To bill clients, process no-show refunds and keep business records.
• To run, measure and improve advertising campaigns, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
• To operate, secure and improve our website.
• To comply with the law and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

Our forms include an optional checkbox for call and text consent. The wording is:

I agree to receive calls and text messages from LeadKet at the phone number I provided, about my inquiry and LeadKet's appointment setting services, including calls and texts sent using automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at james@leadket.co. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time by telling the caller or emailing us. Opting out of calls or texts does not affect any other service.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages on our behalf.

We share personal information only in these situations:

• With the contractor a homeowner asked to hear from. When we book an appointment, we send the homeowner's contact and project details to that one contractor. Each appointment is sent to a single contractor and is never resold to other contractors.
• With service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, our CRM and booking calendar, calling and texting platforms, email, payment processing, and advertising and analytics platforms like Meta and Google. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons, when required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of LeadKet, our clients or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website, measure the results of our advertising and show relevant ads on other platforms. Using these tools for targeted advertising may be considered “sharing” personal information under some US state laws.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts, and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale or sharing where the law requires it.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: to provide our services, keep business and billing records, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes and comply with the law. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email james@leadket.co with the subject “Privacy request.” We will verify your request using the contact details we have on file and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

If you are a homeowner and want us to stop contacting you or to delete your information, email us or reply STOP to any text message. We will also let the contractor we booked you with know about your request where appropriate.

Our website and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide additional notice where required.
